The PC DAW Core i2 _da2 is a professional Digital Audio Workstation built in compact size inside the Streacom DA2 case, designed for music production. In addition, the machine is powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 2 platform (Arrow Lake) and Intel Z890 chipset. It offers a starting configuration with an Intel Core Ultra 5 245K CPU. You can opt for customization up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor.

More specifically, the DAW series computers are designed to provide a top-level production experience, a fluid and stable workflow made possible by the use of the latest and highest performing CPUs, hardware and software optimization work, and constant testing on popular DAW platforms such as Cubase, Pro Tools, Reaper, Ableton, Studio One and FL Studio.

Hardware-wise, we select only premium components, capable of maximizing the performance of the latest gen Intel® Core™ processors; offering, in addition, a wide range of built-in super-fast connections such as Thunderbolt™ 4 (compatible with USB4® and Thunderbolt 3), 2.5Gb ethernet, USB 3.2 Gen2 (Type-C and Type-A), WiFi 7.

DDR5 memory modules up to 6000 MT/s frequencies

Memory is DDR5 and starts with a 32 GB base configuration (2x16 GB), which is an optimal choice for various production tasks. You can configure the memory up to 96 GB with two 48 GB modules. Also choice of ram modules falls exclusively on premium models, tested for maximum compatibility, high speeds and low latency.

Super-fast NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD drives

As for storage, the DAW Core i2 _da2 configuration includes M.2 PCIe SSDs, which provide exceptional read and write performance, reaching speeds up to 7 GB/s. The entry-level configuration includes a 1TB M.2 drive, but you can increase the capacity up to 4TB. In addition, another M.2 drive up to 4 TB can be added to tailor storage to your usage needs.

The machine comes with the Windows 11 Pro operating system preinstalled and already optimized. This allows you to boot the system, install your software and start producing immediately.
